Felicia Ballos, Milka Djordjevich and Beth Gill offer beautiful studio space in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

B A R N is a 1200sq ft. section of a renovated barn and available to rent hourly, daily, or monthly. The space is primarily utilized as a dance studio, but can also be booked for film and photo shoots, classes, workshops and anything else that respects the neighbors and the space itself.

RATES*
rehearsals: $10/hr

monthly rate: $360/mo for a total of 48 hours (12 hours a week at $7.50/hr)

classes: $25/hr

showings/events: dealt with on a project to project basis.
